2019 National Sew A Jelly Roll

Moda Fabrics has declared, September 21st is National Sew A Jelly Roll Day!

Come in for a fun day of sewing.  We'll be making "A Garden for Harper" quilt designed by Moda.  This quilt finishes 72" square.

We will have roast beef, ham or turkey subs for lunch, along with a selection of chips, veggies, desserts and beverages.

Supply List
  • 1 Jelly Roll (40 - 2 1/2" strips) prints
  • 1 solid Jelly Roll plus ½ yard same fabric for background
  • ¾ yard binding
  • Sewing Machine
  • thread & pre-wound bobbins
  • small rotary cutter
  • small cutting mat
  • seam ripper
  • pins
  • ruler (4.5″ x 14.5″ minimum)
  • small iron & small ironing mat (helpful, but not necessary)

Skill Level: intermediate
Skill Details: basic piecing and cutting knowledge required
